Winnipeg Condominium Corporation No. 882 (Falcon West Estates)
Project Overview
Winnipeg Condominium Corporation No. 882 (“the Corporation”), representing Falcon West Estates, invites qualified contractors to submit tenders for snow clearing services for all internal roads and Municipal Road 86 servicing Falcon West Estates.
Contract Term
• Start Date: November 1, 2025
• End Date: April 1, 2026
Scope of Work
1. Snow clearing of all internal roads within Falcon West Estates.
2. Snow clearing of Municipal Road 86 providing access to the community.
3. The contract shall consist of twelve (12) snow clearings throughout the contract period.
4. If additional snow clearings are required beyond the twelve contracted events, such services shall be compensated at the agreed hourly rate (to be provided in the tender submission).
5. Sanding and salting, if requested, shall be priced separately.
Preferred Equipment
• Skid Steer Loader
• Wheel Loader
Other equipment may be considered but preference will be given to proposals including the above machines.
Contractor Requirements
• Valid liability insurance coverage.
• Workers Compensation Board (WCB) coverage.
• Ability to respond promptly after snowfall events.
• Sufficient equipment and manpower to complete snow clearing within a reasonable timeframe.
Tender Submission Requirements
All tenders must include the following:
1. Company name, contact person, phone number, and email.
2. List of available equipment to be used for snow clearing.
3. Fixed price for the 12 snow clearing events under the contract.
4. Hourly rate for additional snow clearings beyond the contract scope.
5. Optional pricing for sanding/salting services, if available.
6. Proof of liability insurance and WCB coverage.
Evaluation Criteria
Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of:
• Price competitiveness.
• Equipment suitability.
• Contractor’s experience and references.
• Responsiveness and reliability.
Submission Deadline
All tenders must be submitted to the Board of Directors of Winnipeg Condominium Corporation No. 882 by October 15, 2025.
